Hi there ,

I've done the research about the basics
and would like to start creating some unique content on the web.

My question is:

If you would have a good topic in which you're good at,
would you rather do 1 ebook or 8 micro niche sites per month ?

What would be more profitable in a long time perspective ?

Cheers,

One newsletter about the topic you know in and out. Selling the eBook you mentioned. Utilizing paid traffic SHOULD be the most profitable option.

      1) You mean do a newsletter about the eBook I make ?

      2) "Utilizing paid traffic" ---> what's that ? Selling affiliate marketing products with my eBook ?

I would concentrate on getting a few solid products out there. And then focus primarily on producing regular content to a subscribers list that you are continually developing.

    Cheers,
From the way you describe it (sounds like you have specialized knowledge), it seems like it would be better to make an e-book. When I think about micro-niche sites, I think they are good for when you want to test out a niche that you're not sure you want to be in or if you're in a smaller niche where lots of products don't come out or there is not a lot going on in the niche. If you do decide to go the blogging route, however, I'd focus on creating a larger niche blog rather than a smaller one.

Don't make it too confusing for yourself as there are plenty of things that you can do..

    Keep it simple

Create an ebook... build a list of subscribers with that ebook through advertising with paid traffic in your niche.

On your blog write relevant content and produce videos on youtube to build relationships with your list.

Email your list with that relevant content each day.

Survey your list and find out what their biggest problems are and then develop products to solve their problems.

I would say go with the ebook it's seems like less work.... But it depends on your niche. Are the people you are targeting "readers" and into buying ebooks?

    To dancershu:

For example I know about "car restoration".
It's a large topic, but I can narrow it to a niche / common problem that I can solve

    OR

I can make 8 micro nich sites about little things like:
    - custom strip,line painting
    - building and repairing a big block

    etc.

To this micro niche sites I add for example:
    - some ebook from clickbank
    - links to amazon ( affiliate )
    - google adsense

      Cheers,
      1. Confirm there is money to be spent in what ever it is you know a lot about.

      2. Find the others who are authorities on what it is that you think you are also an authority on.

      3. Study their books/products/websites. Find a hole of something they are not covering.

      4. Determine how you will stand apart from the others

      5. Your choice of what to do should be clearer.

Without knowing your niche or income goals it's hard to guess the best plan of action.
