Article Marketing Puts Me Straight On The First Page Of GOOGLE

Hi Everyone

Like most people in here I have beeen article marketing for a while now using a number of pen names.

As part of the process I always check my ranking on Google for the key words/phrases I am targetting for ... obviously I want to see my articles and sites getting good positions.

I usually do pretty well but have to say that even I am blown away by the results from an article that has only just gone live.

I checked the term I was optimising for in the article on Google today am already on the first page of Google ... as a result I can already see traffic coming through.

Love it when a plan comes together

Do you promote your articles or just leave it as it is? If you've not promoted it then it'll surely go down after sometime so make sure you build a little quality backlinks to keep it at the top for some more time

Let me know what you're doing and how you're promoting, if that isn't any secret

Funny, I've been playing around with Wordpress.org (bought my own domain) and used only 3 keywords. This was my first Wordpress blog/site and I hit #1 within 24 hours. That was in competition of 144,000 searches.

What I did: all 3 keywords in the domain, same in headline, same as in first 3 words in content, worked like a charm

. Then sprinkled the same a little bit through the article and added a Youtube to it (no keywords in the Youyube).
