What's the Best Use of the Warrior Forum for a New Member with a New Niche?
The cat's outta the bag, I'm a new member here and I have no idea what I'm doing or how to get the most out of my new community.
Let me give everyone an idea of who I am (us actually) and what we've been working on and what we are looking for and maybe we could get some advice on what to do and where to go from here.
I'm David Dubé and I've been in the online space for quite some time now but have never made the commitment to join and get to know the Warrior Forum (as I rightfully know I should have years ago). Anyway, my business partner David Holt, he's a specialized Healthcare Attorney and we've created a product/service in a niche that literally no one else has even touched. That is for good reason though, the laws in the healthcare arena are a bit touchy. Our company is called CutMedicalBills, found at cutmedicalbills.com and we have an online course where we show people how to navigate the healthcare arena to save literally thousands on the front end of their care, how to read and spot errors on their medical bills, then how to negotiate their medical bills on the back end.
We created our course last year and have been making frequent updates to it but our success wasn't what we were hoping for. Since we've started our marketing efforts many things have changed due to the challenges we've faced and a ton of feedback we've received from both users and the medical community at large. One being affiliates. We've been using ClickBank for our affiliates but never really made a big effort to promote our product and its benefits to the fullest. Another being product segmentation. We're now working on CutMedicalBills 2.0 where we are segmenting our product into smaller specialized products with even fuller content and a much better funnel. We will have one large product "free-be" that will lead into an OTO upsell and an OTO downsell.
Our goals (and really the questions to the community at large is)
- what's the most effective way to make connections on here?
- what's the best way of promoting our new product set, whether here or elsewhere?
- what's the best way to grab a larger base of affiliates?
- we are open to any and all ideas (as long as they're reasonable, remember my biz partner is a lawyer)
