Need help to launch my first product

Hello fellow warriors,

I am about to launch my first product at two market places click2sell and paydotcom.

I have created the landing page, download page and launched the product. When I test buy it
, I received error message

Now I am giving you little additional information that may help

The sales page I have created is in .html format. While I was launching the product. I got the pay button code which I placed at my html page's "Buy Now" link



Do I need to change anywhere else to get it worked?
I spoke to Marchent site and Paypal both says my account is okey. Now I am middle of nowhere.

Please help me.

    Where are you located? In some areas of the world PayPal will let you spend money but not receive money. I would ask them
