looking for an email followup strategy plan/product

hey,

i'm starting a postion as an internet marketing specialist at a trade company
and i'm looking for a product (pdf or something like that)
that will help me set the followup strategy for my customers, depending on their engagement level (new potential customer, past customer and present investing customer)

i want to base a strategy that is relevant to the customer and will be super-engaging

any tip would be much appreciated,
and if the product that you have is relevant to what i'm looking for, i'm also open minded to buy it...
