You're missing out on some big money...

I have been a member of this forum for several years. I have met some incredible people and made some invaluable business relationships. I've also learned a thing or two along the way and that is what I want to discuss.

As with any business forum, there are those that know nothing, those that are "wicked smaaht," and those that fall somewhere in the middle. While the majority of posts here are from people asking questions to those that know a little more, there are the cream of the crop that share some killer knowledge in posts, without being asked. They just drop their knowledge bombs.

To those people: You probably have shared enough knowledge to write a book or several books. Have you? You've probably answered enough questions to package up the info and make some kick a** infoproducts and membership sites. Have you?

Oftentimes, we don't realize the talents we possess or how appreciated those talents are by others. It sometimes takes an outsider to kick you in the butt and remind you how awesome you are.

Hi, you can call me Outsider.

Good post! I'd be compelled to answer if I didn't think you were specifically talking to people with more than a thousand posts under their belt!

Exactly! I've been around the IM block for 8yrs and throughout all my experiences I can probably write a book or two without much problem!

But the problem here is that if you tell people the honest truth, people often don't believe you! People would rather buy another wso full of promises instead of learning to do IM the right way.

Good post and it's nice to see that you've given some knowledge about making your own books. Over my time online, the main thing that I've learned is that nothing is really easy at all. In order to build a successful blog, YouTube channel or selling eBooks for example will generally take years to make a living from doing. Consistency is truly the key to building up followers and making sales with them and nothing I have ever found is a short term way to riches. Working online to make money is a great dream to have, but the reality is that you are going to have to put in many unpaid hours in order to eventually see anything from them. The other way is to already have some money to invest in hiring freelancers, buy paid traffic, or a mentor that has already made it before

This is a really good post and sooo true. For those of us that might fall into that category, I guess it's like much easier to answer questions in a forum-style than write a book or whatever -- much less informal and stressful. Plus, you feel like you want to come with something different rather than something that has been done before. Then, you consider all the quality products that have flopped for one reason or another/ It's just a lot.

Exactly! its human behaviour that we under estimate our self especially when we r starting out with something. we need someone to remind us what are the things we can do with the knowledge and experience we already possess!

Its just about the moment by the time we get it all together and start talking action. Thanks for remind me this
