Best software you can get is free and you've already got it: your brain. It's not too hard to get things moving once you've done the proper keyword research for your niche. The quickest way if you're on Windows is to buy a copy of Dragon Naturally Speaking. Or, if you don't like to write, have the time, whatever, you can opt to outsource the process.
