Why Is Finding Good Help So Hard To Come By

Why do you think or feel is one of the biggest reasons why it is so hard to find good help these days?

It does not matter if it is a offline business or you are looking to teach people a new skill.

Based from being in the industry for over five years you can have the best system in place with the best training and in the end only like 5% or less is actually going run with it.

A lot of that can increase with proper training on helping people. The first step for any leader is being able to understand people and where they come from. If you can't do that how can you lead? lol

Is it the mindset from being in the 9 to 5 the entire life that hold people back or is it something else?

1% will kill it, 5% will make it, 95% will call it a scam. It's just the way of the world.

As far as finding good help goes, the good help tends to work for themselves -- or work for you until they can afford to work for themselves or you can't pay them what they're worth.

Consider going with legitimate companies over freelancers if you're having a lot of problems keeping a reliable workflow going.

  • The Pareto principle states that 80% of your efficiency comes from 20% of your workers.

This question is too broad as stated. Depends on the industry and how you're sourcing your employees.

aww the 80/20 rule! 20% of your activities will give you 80% of your results. What do you focus on?

Also says that 80% of success is psychological and only 20% mechanics!

  • If you where good why would you want to work for someone else and make them profit, why not work for yourself? Maybe there is why it's hard to get someone good to work for you for the same reason you don't want to be that someone.

      It's a mindset really.

"Good" help can only be seen by people who know what "Good" help looks like. (If that makes any sense lol)

Nobody will tell you how to make $1,000 a within the day because it's near impossible to do from scratch and/or not many people know how to. But is it bad advice if someone tells you how to build a list instead?

That was initially a big problem for me when I started scaling my offline marketing business, and the solution was to hire top notch people and treat them almost like affiliates. I do profit sharing with my entire team, top to bottom, with a range of monthly incentivized goals.

That may not be practical for some business types, but for me it has resulted in much higher client acquisition volume, higher customer satisfaction rates, and nearly hands-off personal involvement from myself. It freed me, but it took a lot of work to get there.
