advice on launching a new SaaS / snapextual.com

Hello everyone.

I am launching a new SaaS software that helps anyone who does internet work in their business document how they want the software they use in their business contextually and enforce the processes they want used with employees as well as eventually report cycle times for specific processes and help improve online based processes of all types. It will also have some really cool features to pull data via external apis and scraping and make data entry of all types more simple.

I don't have time to make oodles of long form sales letters and such as I run multiple businesses. I did create a video minimum viable product (see here ) per the lean startup book and created an account for split testing on instapage at Video with checklist 01 to do some basic quick split testing.

Based on what I have written here does anyone have suggestions for a strategy on how I would use this?

  • You need to work on describing your product better. I have no idea what you're saying in your first paragraph.

I also have no idea if this is a desktop app or a web based app.

After watching your video, I think I know where you're getting at, but your stream of thought is from someone who has been developing the product. It's only natural for you to think like this but it doesn't connect with your viewers.

  • Thank you sir...

O.k. my post was just kind of stream of consiousness. I guess I will have to give more thoughts on how to describe it.

It almost has to be demonstrated as there is no other software I know that really like it for people to reference. And then there is the problem of say using a facebook ad to get people curious and hooked enough to go to my landing page and then describe it well enough to get them to watch the video and sign up for our beta list.

For many of the only processes... amonge warriors... i think the software could be a game changer.

What you are talking about sounds like the uncertainty principle to a 5th grader. Make it simple for ANYONE to understand. That's where the real genius comes into play, and as a result, more people in your niche will understand what you're talking about. And some will actually consider becoming clients of your's - assuming that your marketing is good.

Just re-write the description of your product and make it sounds SUPER-DUMB simple. Then we can talk about marketing.
