There is the USA, UN Kingdom, Canada, Australia, South African. Really, is this what you are looking for? You can get many English speaking people in any part of the world even if the people there do not speak English I am in Wien Austria you will not believe the number of people speaking English here on the streets. I sometimes think I am in a different country though their main language is dutch.

This depends on offers which you promote. This influences geographic targeting. You need to pick offers to promote then think about the geographic targeting.

You will want tier 1 countries. Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand will all work good.

Try Bing ads and targeting these countries:

United States
United Kingdom
Australia
Canada
New Zealand
South Africa

These are considered tier-1 countries, which are countries that statistically spend the most money.

My target countries on Big PPC are:

USA
UK
Canada
India
Australia
New Zealand

I don't let my ads go anywhere else. I also select to show ads to people located in those countries rather than the default to show ads to people located in or searching about those countries.

Does anyone know what the origin of tier 1 (and not tier 1) countries is?

I understand that promoting to people in tier 1 countries is supposed to be more effective, but I was wondering where this idea of tiers came from originally.
