Best software for community page ?

Looking for the best & cost effective software for a full community to add to my site ..

Something like FX Street has done here
Forex Social Network

Or
National Wealth Center has made something which looks exactly the same here
NWC Social


Can someone tell me if there a software program which adds these functions & features to your website.

I have V-bulletin now, but looking for something a little bit better and more interactive. Would like for members to be able to access the community with the same login info as they have on site, and not have to sign up again.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated...
