Offshore Bank Account with credit card to pay Bing ads

Hi, do you know any reliable and cheap Offshore Bank to pay bing ads. Because i cant with my Payoneer Credit Card, Bing ads does not allow us to pay with prepaid cards. I hate the banks in my country (Argentina) Here there are so much control that is the reason that i am looking outside. Many thanks

    opening an offshore bank account is not an easy task. You have to provide id and address proof which will be a big obstacles.

      That mean when you open an account outside of your country. You have to provide id and address proof of your residence means the country where you live in. Some of the banks did not allow you to open overseas or NRI account.

        I have had offshore debit cards that have successfully mimicked credit cards before, and many jurisdictions will give you "no name" cards that you can use any name and address with. I have had cards like that in Belize and Switzerland. It is getting much harder to open offshore accounts now though. Luckily you are in Argentina and hopefully that means you are not a US citizen, in which case your chance of getting a good offshore account is all but impossible thanks to the international farce known as FATCA.

        You could try one of several bitcoin loadable debit cards as these are reasonably easy to get and might be able to fool bing, although I have never tried it. E-coin.io and anxbtc.com for example. The bitcoin loadable might come in handy in Argentina as well since you can purchase bitcoins at home and then transfer them to the card as I know the capital controls down there are obscene. A friend of mine was working for a company in Argentina and literally was having trouble being paid outside the country a couple of years ago it was so bad.

    You may want to try virtual credit cards although I'm not sure if Bing will accept them.

    Do you have debit visa/master card in your country? They're real bank accounts and you just put money in and can use them overseas or online etc.

    If you have PayPal they issue cards related to your account. PayPal is offshore.

    MyProfitBlueprint is right, anonymous offshore bank accounts for private use are very difficult to open.
    The best option to stay anonymous is to incorporate an offshore company and then open a business bank account in offshore jurisdiction. For example, company in Seychelles and bank account in any European Bank – Austria, Cyprus, Latvia, Czech Republic etc.
