When I link back to my blog I usally link to a post so when the user clicks that link he does not read the same content as he just read in the article. Should I do link directly to the blog or keep linking to posts on the blog?

    It all depends,

If each post targets a specific topic and your article is related to that topic then it would be better for you to link to the individual post. That will be more user friendly.

On the other hand, if you want your blog to rank for a specific keyword then you could link to the blog itself. However, depending on the topic your article targets, you reader can be left confused when they get to your blog if each post covers different topic from what your original article was about.

I think what you are doing right now is the right way. For each keyword, you have to write 2 or more original articles and post the best one in your blog. Publish the remaining ones in EZA and other directories. Link back to your best article with your keyword as the anchor text.

In this way, your post will get ranked higher for the keyword you are targeting.

However, make sure that you are talking about related but different things in both the articles. Otherwise, readers will immediately move out of your site.
