Hiring a courier/delivery driver
Hi Guys
I'm in a position now where I need to hire a driver(s) for my small business. I'd rather keep the nature of the business to myself because it has nothing to do with the question. No, it's not an MMJ operation
From what I understand, it would be best to bring on an individual as an independent contractor as opposed to an employee. I'm vaguely familiar with the differences between the two.
Does anyone have any tips/tricks or experience hiring couriers/drivers? Thanks for any response guys...
