HELP! Direct Response College Homework

Henry is the best tailor in town. He went to the prestigious F.I.T university in NY and makes everything from suits and upholstery to wedding dresses. Henry has a client list of 200 and a small one man workshop in the outskirts of the downtown area.

With a budget of $800 per month to invest in marketing how would you take Henry's Alterations Shop from being simply 'doing ok' to 'financial prosperity' using direct response marketing?

Your ideas are appreciated.
Thanks, Maren

Sounds like he has all the business he can handle already, since he's solo. Needs to get somebody else to help him, if he wants to grow. I'd worry about this before I tried to get him more business.

Thanks Karl. I hadn't considered the party setting before.
Karl can you explain what "internet(behavioural targeting)" is?

      Thanks David.
Currently Henry isn't receiving enough sales from his current clients. They occasionally come to him when they need an alteration or custom suit but it's currently not enough to hire help as yet. hmmmm... he doesn't followup with his past clients at all. He may be sitting on his gold mine!
