Is a pre-sell page required for my squeeze page

Hi,
I'm brand new to the Warrior Forum, but not to Affiliate Marketing.
I want to run facebook ads and Bing Ads to my squeeze page www.affiliatebuzz.info
Not sure if I can run ads direct to that page or should I create a pre-sell
page and send the prospects to that pre-sell first.

    And the standard answer is:
    Test it.

Instead of buying 1 ad in each place, buy 2 identical ads, and point 1 at each option.
Then figure out which does better.

The sales funnel information in Google Analytics is one way of doing that.

If not that way, then at least make sure your results are statistically significant before making a decision.

I would suggest that you read their Terms of Service first before you spend some money on Paid Advertisement.

    For example:

Facebook is strict when it comes to Affiliate Links and I even know a few that got banned even if they have a squeeze page in place. (the redirected directly to affiliate link after the leads optin). Of course it's not 100% sure that it's the cause since Facebook does not provide a details

Personally I send them to a pre-sell page since I'm getting lower cost when it comes ads/clicks since having a pre-sell page tends to bring your "Quality/Relevancy" score much higher thus your ads will be shown more frequently and much cheaper.

the reason behind this is because Facebook/Bing prioritize more on the user experience and one of the metrics that they use ise the "Quality/Relevancy" score.

Presell page is good for bing because you target users with keywords. Website content is one of the factor for bing quality score.

I would agree that you should test different approaches.

Create a good pre-sell page and run an ad with that. And another ad going directly to your capture page.

Split testing will help you learn what converts better, and then you can invest more on the winning ad. You will be able to scale up fast like that!

    Just my 2cents!

    Keep up the great work!

Thanks and I will split test. However, I was asking the question in relation to accounts being shut down in Facebook due to ads going direct to squeeze pages

Yes you can run your ads straight to that, especially on Bing.

It looks pretty compliant to me...

Either way just send them a quick message and have them confirm that for you.

    Their support is very helpful.
