Default Compile Notes from this Forum?

Does anyone have a really good organized way of saving information/posts they see in this forum (or any for that matter)? I have notepad docs, chicken scratch notes, Word doc notes, bookmarks, et cetera of great posts, comments, things to follow-up/research and so forth ---- all over the place (e.g. multiple computers).

Who stays really organized and how?

Hi Jason!

What I do is simply print everything as a PDF (I'm on a Mac) and then store it in file folders (you should see my desktop) by subject, or whether it needs to be read, etc... Like a Warrior folder, Ebooks to read, research to do, etc...

I also use project management software to keep everything tied together so I don't forget anything. I try to associate important files with the right email, etc... As a freelance writer I've got umpteen files, topic lists, etc... so I have to associate them all together to keep them separate for each client.

I'm a little OCD about organization

I use scrapbook also, love it.

Just don't try to transfer it to another computer if you have like a gig or two of pages saved. :-)

There is another plugin that allows you to write notes and the notes will appear again onscreen when you go to that same page. Can't remember what it was or for what browser though.

Just tested it myself, and works great in FF3. Thanks for sharing, this one's really useful.

Mario
