Default Calling all Article Pro's!

Evening dudes, once again I need your advice.

I've chosen the product I'd like to advertise, which is based around something I have a great interest in! Which is cool...

Here it is...

Profits Run - Stock, Forex, Futures, Options Trading Methods & Systems - Home

I shall be putting together 50 well written articles from a very decent warrior of this forum, I'd love to use Ezine Articles ( regardless of their slow processing) to host them too...

So my questions are as follows

Due to the price and nature of the products, I understand they need to be finance related but what would you choose to write about to generate interest from readers?

Would you set up a squeeze page or just direct the reader to their squeeze? I know I will not benefit from this in the long run but my skills are limited and the cookies do last for three years! Got Aweber on a monthly subscription so first option is possible.

What strategy would you use to advertise this product to its maximum affilite potential?

That's about it really, I thank you all in advance, if anyone wants a chat about this i'd love to on skype etc. i'm not too much of a newbie promise! and always love chatting about IM!

Take it easy and have a great evening

Alex

If you are hiring someone to write the articles for you, do the keyword research and then hand the keywords over to the writer, they will know what to do from there.

I've never done anything in this niche, but a couple people that I know have and say it is very profitable.

If it were me, I would make it very topical in content - this weeks news so to speak. Then hang each article on very well chosen keywords.

The Memoirs Of Edward Rochester - Just imagine if Jane Eyre had been written by Mr Rochester.
My first full length novel now on Kindle and In Print on Createspace. That's what I call a niche!

Sure thing, what are the characteristics of an article that makes money of longer periods of time? you know the ones that still make money a year after they are written, do they tend to offer advice?

Cheers

Why don't you start writing articles and see what click thru rates you get. I have improved my stats by reviewing my old articles. When I see that an article has a high impact I look at the keyword and the content of the article. My recent articles achieve at least 20% click through now. You need to do it to get it. Stop thinking about it and start writing - Or book me to write for you.

KenJ, that's cool, however....

Its not the articles themselves, its where i send the click throughs!? straight to the product? or their landing page? or to one I've created? the only reason I ask is because its quite a complex subject that I'm sure they can explain very well through their own prepared email series, resulting in more sales... I dunno!

Cheers though mate, I wanna get cracking but don't want to waste time.

Alex,

The most effective way to market in any niche is to get people's name and email address. The best way to go about this is to pump up your article readers with a quality article and then focus the page they click on being about the topic of the article.

From my experience, the best way to do this is by creating a squeeze page. I squeeze page - if you are an affiliate giving a little information about the product your going to create or if you are the product creater - a squeeze page with a short review of the benefits it will provide.

It is so important that you continually gain email address's because these are the people that are interested in your product and if something new comes out or if you ever decide to create a new product in your niche you can market to them.

In most cases when I create a squeeze page I don't even offer a link directing to the actual sales page its self. I only have somewhere that someone can input their email and name for more information.

If someone does not feel comfortable putting their name and email on something do you think they will actually buy from you? Probably not.

Use your aweber account to it's full potential.

If you are the one writing your articles you might want to set up squeeze pages for your keywords focused on your keywords of course. If you are paying someone to write them for you make sure the article writer knows what keywords you want from them and they will know where to go from there.

I hope that helps you out!

Like to help you here but I don't know enough of this niche to really be of any
use. That's why I only stick to stuff that I know.
