Any advice on how to design a members area/thank you page on an info product?

I'm making my first info product. Its going to be an Ebook AND streaming flash videos and bonuses. I'm clueless on how to design this.

Would you put a link that says "Thank you for buying ____! Click here to download your ebook."
And then the bonuses and then list the videos underneath that?

Im clueless on what customers like to keep them happy and the refunds down.

    I am working on something similar at the moment, I would be very careful about security with your videos, that is my biggest concern.

    I am creating a members area for people to view my videos, but I have seen many people who do exactly as you mention

    The best thing to do would be to put it all behind a script that can protect your download and video links. Look for a membership script that can protect swf files and only allow them to be accessed if the person is actually logged into the members area.

    People search google for phrases with the word "download" or "thank you for your purchase" in order to steal your products. Think carefully about how you are going to protect them.
