Will many different niches work on one domain (wordpress)

Hi All

I'm here asking the SEO pros or whoever is experienced in this area.

I'm interested in testing niches but I'd prefer to avoid purchasing a domain in every single area before I'm confident I can attract traffic in the niche.

So I'm thinking, is there a technique I can use on a single domain/wordpress site that will allow me to attempt to rank in the search engines?

From what I have read the Search Engines especially Google will rank the page on it's own merits. How much of the score will depend on the relevance of the domain name itself?

I hope I stated the question so it makes sense. Thanks for any advice/assistance you have to offer on the subject.

    One of my sites has a domain that has KYs in it representing two different niches. One is the make money niche the other the mobility products niche.

    It's done pretty well in both niches on the same site.

    Domain choice has some relevancy in SEO but long term it is more about the content within the blog
