Hi Nevin. I never experience those problems when uploading my images on Fiverr. Just make sure to always convert your image to JPG. If this doesn't help, try another browser and/or clear your cookies.
Let me know if it worked!

    All the best,
    Fully Forlani

Yes.. sometimes i got same issue with uploading image or creating gig..
try to disable adblock or some blocker software if you have it..
also try different browser ( Firefox, Chrome or others )
if still got issue, restart you connection and get new IP or contact fiverr support..

It's completely beyond me why you didn't immediately contact Fiverr support about this.

People here can suggest possible ways of solving your problem but Fiverr support WILL solve it.

The image may be too large or not the right dimensions I had that problem as well. It needs to be under a certain file size but they still want hi-res and a 16:9 ratio. So you may have to tweak your pics a bit to make it work.

there shouldn't be an issue for uploading, there are 2 issues in gig listing on fiverr:

    1. as said, the uploading is very straight forward, has no issue, the issue will be picture order, fiverr upload service will not let you choose which photo should be your display photo on fiverr.

    2. when you list a gig, and went into next step to adding the extra gig, but suddenly you forgot something in the early step, then you hit the "back" button to the previous page, but be careful that the "save and continue" button may be disabled after three times, (seems happen to me many times).

as result of these two issues, the simple way to fix them is just leave the mistake (even you said the upload is an issue), list the gig anway, then go to "my gig" to do edit it then should be fixed 99% of time, hope it helped
