Can you share how you communicate to your outsourcing team?

I would like to know more about my market like their frustrations, desires, demographics, etc.

    market research and sales are the last 2 things I would outsource. I haven't heard of anyone outsourcing market research, but I'm sure people do.

    as far as communication, I use email and skype, if this is what you meant.

    for a specific segment I can offer specific advice on finding frustrations, desires, demographics, etc.
    If you ask 20 or so, you will find patterns that you can then verify through competitive analysis.
