New to this World

Hello all. I am brand new to the Affiliate Marketing world and am looking for some guidance. I understand that there is sooo much to learn and I am more than willing and ready to do so. Since deciding to tackle this head on, I have acquired a hosting account and have purchased a domain. I am a hands on learner so the sooner I can get things started, the better.

I am looking for guidance, advice or even a mentor. I don't have time for scams or for people trying to take advantage of the newbie so if you're a genuine person and would be willing to help, I'd more than greatly appreciate it.

      Hey! At least you got that over with!

      Start with building an Email List in a niche you're passionate about!

      You need only a GetResponse account which you should have used what duckets you threw at that hosting account for a premium auto-responder account.

      The email list building will help you:
      1 - Identify Hot Niche Markets.
      2 - Find Targeted Traffic
      3 - Drive Traffic To An Offer (landing page or website*)
      4 - Convert Traffic Into Sales

      Then and only then will you be ready to use that hosting account to make money!

        Welcome to the affiliate world. a world that has and is still teaching me things I refuse to learn from the real world.Things that you need if you want to succeed in the industry.

        Simple, learn to give and give and give back again is what I learned through the hard way and I am glad I did, How many times did I say "Give" sorry it would have been 5 times before asking for something in return.     Please do a search for 'how to get started' and other similar thread titles so you can get info on how to start things up.

    Make sure you compare answers so you don't end up at a deadend.

    You have a web hosting account and a domain. Did you consider your niche though? What if the domain name you have and the best affiliate product you should promote have NOTHING in common?

    Plus, be sure to get yourself an email autoresponder. This is the best way to sell your affiliate products. You should try Aweber or Getresponse.
