Is there potential in Asia

I'm very new to the AM game. Been running a few offers in AU, CA, and UK through media buys with moderate success. But, I also have language skills in Japanese and Chinese. I've seen a few posts about people's work in Asia, but not a lot.

So, my question is, is there potential for going after Chinese/Japanese traffic? And if so, where's the best place to get traffic and offers? If not, why not?

Personally i never tried Chinese/Japanese traffic but i can say that there is a lot of potential in Indian, Italian, and Spanish traffic. longtailpro and semrush helped me a lot to find English niched which are really untapped and having a great success in it .

Thanks, I've got some language connections for Spanish too. I'll look into that.

It all depends on the niche you're targeting.

English language training is a hot yet fairly manageable niche

    Export assistance is another

I was actually thinking a beauty niche, since I know Asians are all about beauty products. Never even considered the English language training, which could also be huge. Thanks.

No there is no potential in Asia, I am glad I was able to clear that out, so you all can move on and leave Asia to me

I have read reports where CPA marketers are making a killing in Asia with Mobile traffic.Depending on the offer.

If you're on a 'beauty niche', focus on beauty products that whitens, softens, or cleanse the skin as majority of asian women want their skins to be whiter and softer as possible contrary to caucasians who want to be well-tanned. Southeast Asia and Japan as well as India is a good market but forget about China maybe due to some restrictions in that country.

I target south-east Asian countries and I'm able to make profits through my e-commerce website. You'll do well if you're promoting:

-- Affordable electronic items (mobiles, televisions, etc.)
    -- Makeup or beauty products
    -- Herbal products
    -- Training program with certification
    -- Regional clothing and accessories
    -- Internet TV services

If you ask me, there's potential everywhere. It just depends on your niche and how you market. Singapore for example is a booming tech country. The Philippines is another country on the rise. You should do some testing. I definitely think it's worth it.

Exactly, Asia is a vast marketplace and you have to consider the country you're targeting, what the average income level is, demographics, etc.

You have to really focus in on who you are marketing to; don't generalize but instead do as much research as you can so you truly know what the needs and wants of your target market are before you even start thinking about offers and products to promote to them.

Chinese will works only if you have low price products. Use adwords and Baidu

Japanese traffic is a good alternative: use Facebook Ads and AdWords!
