How Do I Make This Joint Venture Work? Ideas Needed.

Thanks Paul for your reply, unfortunately I didn't think to save your response, I'm leaning now that if it's important to copy and save.

Here's the deal, again:

I have a gentleman who is 70 yr's old that makes a unique physical product. The product sells for $250 and he has sales of over 10K per month. He sells the product on this site.

He wants to give me exclusive rights to sell the product on my site but he does not have an affiliate program setup and is not interested in setting one up.

I'm not interested in taking physical possession and dealing with shipping.

I want to be able to do a presell on my site and sent customers to his site and be paid a commission.

What is the easiest way to set something like this up on both ends.

Looking for any thoughts, ideas, software recommendations etc.

From what I can remember from Paul's reply, I need to be able to track those who go from my site to his and have a cookie set on this side. Then be able to see his thank you page and know that the sale came from me.

I'm not sure how to do this and looking for the simplest way for both of us.
