Is there any problem if I open my Gmail account with IP of different countries?

Hi, I have employee that live in another country. I need to give him to admin my email and Google products (Google plus, Youtube, Blog) I want to give him my password and user in order to respond my emails, and use the networks of Google, Both we need to use this email account, it is possible this practice?

        I guess you can but why would you want to do that? You'll probably mess it up...

        You can agree upon time frames to work on from the account, not at the same time, it's way better.

    Yes, it's possible, but G-mail tends to send out warning E-mail when someone from another ip opens your account.

    They might also ask for some kind of verification (depends on what kind of verification you've setup).

    Other than that, you shouldn't face any problem.

    Your account might receive a warning that might lead to locking it temporarily until you verify that it's yours.

    Here's an example of using it with different IPs but without going through all that hassle: Let's say you logged in from a safe computer that you always login from. Gmail's cookies are saved in your device and it remembers your login credentials. If you use a VPN and your IP changes, if you access Gmail using the same cookies and saved info that it remembers, your login attempt won't be recognized as false, as it recognizes that you have logged in from the same device that you have safely logged in from before.

    In the Email features, you must provide Email Address, Password & a security code or cell number. When anyone wants to logging in any account from a different country, the google will ask the security code or, cell number.


    In the Youtube & G+ you can make manager to anyone of the world. In this case no need to provide your password.

    You might have problem by accessing gmail from two different IPs at same time , You will get a warning mail from google when it will be accessed from differnt IP .

    I heard a story of a popular guy on this forum where he was on vacation overseas, and logged into his Youtube account to do some work. A few days later, Youtube banned his account, and all of his videos. It's a risky proposition I would say. Easy solution would be to just hire someone else whose location is convenient for your business.
