    Another Idea is you can contact blog owners in your niche and ask if you can do a guest post and at the bottom of your post you can tell them about your blog. If you get a blog with a lot of traffic you will have no problem getting eyeballs to your blog.

    Last one is making a signature in Warrior Forum the same one you are posting in now and have a link to your blog at the bottom.

      Here is a few suggestions that might help:
      • Submit your posts to social bookmarking sites
      • Tag your posts to help search engines recognize them
      • Syndicate your content with an RSS feed, its simple to add one to your blog
      • Use images, these are a great way to get additional free traffic. Add your keywords to them when you name them. When people search on Google Images for say "weight loss before and after" your blog images would show up if they are named this keyword.

    I would use Youtube and show people exactly how you do it. Then lead them to a link to your blog for more info, PLUS allow them to download something for free as an incentive for subscribing to your blog. And then email *pitch sell* them from there.
