How often to mail ad swaps to my list

Hey Guys

I will soon be looking to fill my diary with ad swaps partners...however how many times do you mail your list per week? (I have a small list at the moment, so segmenting isnt an option right now).

Obviously the more swaps I do...the faster my list will grow, but on the other hand I don't want to treat my list badly.

Any ideas/opinions?

    Hi Simon,

    You'll find opinions vary on this subject.

    I personally email my list anytime I have a great product,
    tool or resource to share with them especially if its free
    and is of high quality and I know will benefit them.

    Generally on average I email my list 2 to 3 times a week.

    The only thing I don't do is email them more than once per day.

    Hope this helps but again everyone has their own opinion on
    this or what works or does not work for them.
