Clickbank banned my account and now won't even answer my mail

Five days ago, 08/17/15, one of the clickbank accounts I'm using was blocked without any notice.
Since then I've tried to contact clickbank in several ways, but all that I've obtained was an accusation of making "a fraudulent sale".
Nobody told me how I was supposed to make a fraudulent sale. Nobody told me what to do to avoid this in the future.
They just took my money (600$, worth two weeks of hard work) without any explanation.

Obviously all my sales were genuine, I've been working with clickbank for two years now without any problem.

Also, I can't really understand why someone would want to make "a fraudulent sale" with an account generating real sales.

Is this happened to someone else? Any clue on how can this be?

Also, is there a way to contact a clickbank responsible? They keep ignoring all my emails.

p.s. even if my previous thread was deleted, I haven't seen any rule in the forum against reporting problems with any company. So please don't delete this thread too!

  • Sorry about that.

I've never heard about Clickbank banning accounts due to "a fraudulent sale".

I once had an affiliate in 2013 who I suspect was using stolen credit cards to buy my product and get the commissions into his account. He bought my product about 30 times this resulting in about 10 chargebacks but my account was never banned.

Clickbank did inquiry about the account and I explained to them what happened.

Maybe try to contact them using a different account to resolve the matter of your account.

    Good luck!

I don't think that's a very good idea. If you contact them from another one of your accounts and inquire about your account that they shut down, they might just shut down the account you contacted them from too.

I maybe wrong but I believe Clickbank know your other accounts, maybe they track through payee information.

I was listing a new product with them they they inquired about one of my other accounts, the one I talked about in the above post.

So I don't think they can shut down the other account, as long as there's no "a fraudulent sale" in the account as well.

Somewhere along the line some transaction had to have occurred to make Clickbank think you were trying to game their system. One of your buyers may have been up to no good.

Whatever the reason for closing down your account, I feel they should at least inform by email about it. Otherwise how are people to know. They should also give a chance for people to explain if they have found any suspicious activity from the account.
