I Have A Question About Outsourcing Products
Long Story:For 3 months now I have been working on outsourcing a product that I can not create myself b/c I do not have enough knowledge in the market. I have just made a lot of money in the market as an affiliate and know of a way to take it to the next level with a product that blows everyone else's away.
I hired someone, a friend of mine, back in June. The payment was going to be 25% payment when they get 25% done, 25% more when they get 25% more done... etc; and a bonus if they got it done in a certain, VERY possible time frame.
The first person dicked around for about a month and a half and then finally stopped answering and returning my calls. So, I moved on to someone else and as I was searching, I realized I had another friend that was very qualified to do it.
I called them up and offered them the job; they were ecstatic about the money I was offering and had a ton of enthusiasm.
Well, they have been dicking around for about a month now. They have a bit better excuse b/c they have a pretty ridiculous work schedule, but he still has gotten me no progress.
I told them to think it over and decide here soon if they can handle the job and get it done or if I need to move on... so I am waiting to see. My gut tells me that since they have done nothing thus far, they will do nothing overall and I will be stuck looking for someone again.
So, that leads me to my question of: What is the best way to find someone that is an expert in a very specific market that I can outsource to?
