Adwords Editor Help?

I have tried numerous times to get info from Google about installing Adwords Editor (newest version) on my PC/Vista...Their tips about "command Prompt" and "running as administrator" does not work...

I attempt to install and I get the 2753 error message...I tried Google's suggestion at using autorun and entering code, but still no luck...and now, I can't even uninstall the first version of Adwords Editor I installed...thoughts?
