Flutter... What a great concept! I would like to see them drop the bowels all together and maybe shorten it to something like 20 characters. So instead of having to type: "Welcome and have a nice day", all you gotta type is "Wendy"

  I agree, Twitter is a complete waste of time if all you do is promote products/services/offers.

Personally twitter has got the potential danger of leading same ways as FFAs have in my opinion.

AUTO FOLLOW, AUTO REPLY is becoming a big problem, cos WHO's READING THEM?

Whats the point?

  Auto DM is basically eliminating the DM function on Twitter. As you said they just get ignored. Check out tweetlater.com/optout to optout of auto DM

I always wonder when people complain they have no time in their lives they are stressed overworked broke. Yet Facebooking, twittering, and now fluttering will always be a core staple of ones toxic information overload diet.

Yes we need to stay connected and be in the know yet as with twitter why is it so important to let everyone know what bra im wearing and who im making out with jees.

is this really freedom of speech -

  I have a little suspicion Flutter may be just be 'taking the mickey' out of Twitter!
  
  I agree with comments that in a personal sense 'what is the point' of twitter, but somehow I don't think Flutter is going to cause too much disruption in our lives. Call me sceptical but that is my suspicion!!
