1. Yes you will pay $1,025 2.Yes you are the winner even if you are $1 higher. If the sniper bids the same as you then you are still the winner because he has to bid more than you. |

Just to clarify for you on the bidding. Ebay has their system set to where the sniper would not be able to bid the same as you. It will force him to bid higher than your current bid or not bid at all. |
