Thank You Page Not Showing when Logged out...

Hopefully there is someone who can help.
When I'm logged into my WordPress site through Go Daddy (nextstepsforyou.com) and test it by entering my email address, the Thank you page comes up but when I log out of WP and enter my email address, it stays static on the same page where it asks for your email but I do receive the Welcome email and pdf bonus attachment but no Thank you page. It's very frustrating because I don't know how to fix it, Go Daddy doesn't know and Instabuilder (the plugin I'm using to create the squeeze page) says it's AWeber but AWeber says my Thank You page URL is entered correctly. I've cleared the cache on WP but no luck either. So I'm asking you good people here. Maybe someone has gone through the same thing?
Regarding the page being stuck on the email page, it's not a case of a pop up blocker because I shut mine off and I still don't get the Thank you page when I'm logged out of WP. I hope this makes sense and someone can help. Thank you!
