Seeking : Online Event Marketing Blueprint for 1 day Music/Art Event

I'm a Digital Creative Director, tasked with putting a proposal together for a +20k person Graffiti-based Music/Art event to take place in NYC next May.
It's my first time putting this type of initiative together.
Any docs/spreadsheets to past initiatives would be of great help.
We have a general idea of targets to included, i just need to itemize and estimate the whole production.
