Hostgator affiliate program - How to get a 30% coupon as an affiliate?

Recently I've made a couple of sales with the Hostgator affiliate program. Because the commissions are pretty good, I'm looking to step it up a bit.
One problem I see though, is that other affiliates seem to be able to create a 30% discount coupon, and I can only make a 25% coupon. Now, because people see there are coupons available, they'll probably go out and try to find the best coupon, and they will find another affiliate's coupon for 30%, meaning I'll lose the sale.
So my question is, how do I get a 30% coupon myself? I'm guessing you'll have to make a lot of sales before you somehow get this option? Anyone here that can enlighten me on how that works? Haven't been able to find anything on that so far.
Also, I see that some affiliates have their own promo page, for instance:
Website Hosting Services, VPS Hosting & Dedicated Servers - HostGator (note: No, I'm not promoting this, as it's not mine). I'm guessing that's also only available to affiliates that do well?
Anyone with more info/specifics on this?
