Looking for outsourcing web designing, blog posting, site promotion etc

While I have come across a few Philippines based website promotion cos that undertake blog posting, commenting, article marketing, backlinks development etc etc.

I am looking for an outsourcing co / individual who undertakes all this ( mentioned above ) along with doing some graphical designing work like creating logos, header, banner etc etc.

Any leads pls? Thanks.

    I just used a local girl that I found on CL after getting nothing but garbage from elance...high price and poor design, as far as I was concerned. This girl did a bang up job and is VERY talented. I come from an art backround and HATE bad design but this girl is easy to work with, not as pricey as anyone that I found on other sites full of supposed "pros" and she was very quick.     Just read your post and, I am actually on the lookout for exactly the same thing as you. I have also taken a look at the popular sites that have been listed on the "outsource to the phillipines" thread. So, I totally understand where you are coming from and what you are looking for.

    Just came across your post, I have been doing a bit of these things, am not very expert, did it for one US and another Canadian web hosting companies for about 3 years now in continuation.
    May be I can manage most of these things, if you can find time to pm me some more details.
