Do websites always do this

Hello

Whenever I send a high quality backlink to my website, is it normal to see all the keywords go down in rankings loads and then come back up higher after a day or two bouncing around positions..

I thought it only did this is website was new..

Whenever I send PBN links to my website this happens all the time the keywords always go down rakings first for a while.. with every single HQ link I send it..

Just wondering if this is normal

    As mentioned above you will see the "dance". Just be careful with your backlinking though. You don't want to turn that "dance" into the "slap"!
