    Everything depends on the work and the kind of website you need. However, in India anything around Rs. 10,000 is fine for a website few 5 to 6 pages.

    It really depends on how complicated the design is going to be. You should also consider the plug-ins that you'll be requesting (if there are any). There are many web designers that you can trust and ones that can give them to you at affordable rates, especially in the Philippines. Just make sure to check their portfolio, first, so you'd know if their styles fit your preferences.

    The price of Web design would vary based on the requirement. Since, nobody really goes for static website nowadays, the price for responsive web design can be anywhere around $500 to more.
