        Nothing new here .

And very discouraging when you use phrases like "without hard work"

Tony, lets please get out of this habit and do not lead people down the road of easy riches.

This stuff is NOT easy. It takes a lot of hard work, time and commitment.

We desperately need to get out of this faulty mindset and quit portraying this stuff as "easy" to gullible newbies

Funny that all the steps except this one are clearly described.

The struggle for most marketers is this -> driving traffic to their web site.

Building a website, creating an autoresponder, making a "free" gift incentive - these are all easy with PLR, Fiverr, etc.

But to get targeted traffic that will opt-in to your shiny new one-page website, that's the challenge that can't be summarized as "Get visitors to your website"

Hate to say it but i agree with this. I actually thought some new "technique" was about to be introduced lol. But silly me, i already know everything under the sun.

For traffic i just pay for it. Just like beautiful women. Why learn seduction and dating tips when you can go and pay for a super HOT woman who will fulfill all your dreams and fantasies in 1 whole night - without looking at you funny?

....same applies here. The first 10 techniques don't matter if you don't have traffic. I have no idea how people will earn $3,000 per month with "Get visitors to your website". Newbies don't even know what that means... except when someone mentions "Facebook Ads".

You are exactly right about "get visitors to your website!" There are many, many great programs that show all the steps and then the last step is just "get visitors to your website" like it's just no big deal when in fact it IS a very big deal and it's the hardest part.

was actually thinking the same thing.
There is no mention of his traffic source.

Actually choosing an already saturated market is not a great idea...
There certainly is money to be made, but it will be higher expense to buy traffic, but perhaps he has deep pockets or cracked that elusive facebook penny per click that i have had so many try and sell me.

      The steps are practical.
Heck, it looks like most WSO's you see, just free here in the main forum heh.

Traffic is easy. The reason a lot of people struggle is because they only want "free" traffic. Probably because they know their offer won't convert. Especially if they're relying heavily on PLR, Fiverr, etc. when putting their offers together.

Nice outline. Like someone rightly said, this is the thing internet guys do. All the steps are taken in varying degrees as per the person and the niche.

$3000 is even small considering what some are making from madder niches. People blogging about high ticket keywords make more than that with less strenuous work.

The stereotype of fast niches such as dating and making money online with too many people doing it is what we makes people lazy and make people less money

I think that this is great! Though not quite as great as my 11 Step Method to becoming a restaurant owner that pulls in $3 million/month:
      1. Pick a type of food, such as Latin American food.
      2. Break down that type of food into a subtype of food, such as Mexican food.
      3. Create a menu
      4. Rent a storefront in a great location.
      5. Install the right restaurant equipment, such as an oven, stove, sinks, etc.
      6. Decorate your restaurant.
      7. Hire some cooks and waiters.
      8. Get lots of customers.
      9. Cook them food.
      10. Reinvest your profits into opening more and more restaurants.
      11. Retire on the beach.

Obviously I left just a few details out. For instance I didn't bother tell you how -- or more importantly why -- you should do any of those steps. And of course it might help to know how to cook, manage staff, do market analysis to know where to open the restaurants, etc., etc., etc. Still, clearly you can see from my simple list just how easy it is to become a millionaire restaurant owner. All you need to do is take MASSIVE ACTION, right?

Where do I add the content on the single-page website? Why do I do that before the in-depth keyword research?

And if it truly is a "one page website", why in creation would you go through all the hassle of setting up on Wordpress when there are so many simple HTML page templates available?

That's not a plan and it's grossly misleading for noobs who don't know any better. Doing this won't earn you anywhere near $3000/month at all. It'll just waste your time, money, and fill the net with more garbage. It's clear that the OP doesn't know what he's talking about here. Right up there with article marketing, blogging, and sniper sites.

What's with all this incorrect info circulating around the forum and the internet? It's slightly entertaining, but it's really not a laughing matter.

We sometimes forget not everyone knows the WF speak.

A noob is a newbie, someone new to IM, just starting out. They often get overwhelmed with the possibilities and choices.

So, it helps to make things clear, pithy and concise when speaking to them.

Thanks for the reminder about language, abbreviations, acronyms, and jargon/lingo.

I'm not being sarcastic, just straight to the point. Sure, it's bland and lacks the flavor of sensationalism or wishful thinking that's all too popular online...but it serves the members here better, and saves them from wasting their resources on pipe dreams and nonsense. As long as I don't break any rules here (which I'm not), then I'll continue to interject some tempered reason in a place that is absent of such honesty. Good advice, like good food, is not very appetizing.

A Noob, Newb, Newbie, or Noobie - is anyone in any discipline that lacks skill and experience. It is not exclusive to the WF or internet marketing at all. It originated in the Gaming culture and has since spread to every vocation and discipline. It's today's version of "Greenhorn", which is a much older term for an inexperienced person.

It is possible but like everyone else has stated it's a lot of hard work, long hours, understanding the process, and knowing the right keywords, and quality content, seo etc.

              Just my 2 cents worth

              Regards

Birdi, there's a big difference between affiliate marketing with a single website and doing so with a single page website (which is what the OP claimed).

With the right knowledge and actions, it's quite possible to make $3k per month from a single website.

I doubt it's possible from a single page website, especially if anyone were foolish enough to try following the OP's plan as laid out here. Even if SEO to a single page were reliable anymore, he recommends posting content and then doing the keyword research.

By the way, what ever happened to the OP? Got his sig link in and bolted?

                Hey john,

Sorry i was supposed to say my experience was with a single website, where there are a number of other pages on the site.

Totally agree with you a single page website good luck with that. Theres no real value to that, plus again like you stated earlier keywords before content is vital.

      Hey guys,

My 2 cents, I am speaking from my own experience, when it comes to making $3,000 as an affiliate marketer with a single website. It is possible but like everyone else has stated it's a lot of hard work, long hours, understanding the process, and knowing the right keywords, and quality content, seo etc.

The biggest focus is understanding how to solve a problem. when i first started out i met so many affiliate marketers who were making $10,000 monthly from affiliate marketing and there common comments were "oh it's easy". In my head i thought "for you right now yes, for me I'm starting out so i have a journey to go through". So i made a lot of mistakes but i learnt from them, i built multi product sites, i built a few single sites, none made money, but i learnt and developed skills and understood where my customers hang out what there pain is, and try and help solve there pain. But i also learnt what markets i have a passion for and what markets i don't. Only now i am beginning to make a few sales from some single sites, but now i am looking to scale them up to the point of making $3,000, this will take sometime but i know i can. It hasn't taken just a few steps it's taken longer then i expected but it's what i have learnt and skills that i have developed thats the most important for me personally.

I am slowly getting there but it's a journey, oh and i failed to say i was doing this while working full-time for someone else just to pay the rent and bills etc.

      Just my 2 cents worth

      Regards

      Birdi

    This should be #1

Noob - Some one with no experience but refuses to listen to anyone because they "know it all" already.

Yeah I don't think he was being serious... Or maybe he was, in which case he's probably making squat monthly and was trying to bait signature clicks. SEO/content on a single page? LOL. For anyone who clicked on this post looking to learn something... Here's a better version:

    1. Choose niche
    2. Build small 3 page funnel consisting of squeeze page giving something away in return for an email address, an upsell of a related product, and a thank you page containing the download.
    3. Have email sequence ready to go. With this you can promote your upsell to those that didn't buy, upsell a bigger offer, and promote related affiliate products. Just make sure to segregate your lists with difference sequences ready for each.
    4. Buy traffic and send it to your squeeze page.
    5. Test your ad copy, squeeze page, and traffic source. Refine until your upsell is covering most of your ad cost.

There are many smaller steps involved in each of these five steps, but this is a real outline. Not the click bait OP has tried to push on readers here. Just break down and research each of the steps I've given here, and you'll succeed.

Also, there's no guarantee how much you'll make. It takes time and testing to get good at selling. Most people starting out lose money at first but learn a ton along the way. $3K a month? Done properly the list you'll be building can end up making you way more than that.

I think there's a shorter version of this plan:
    1. Come up with an idea
    2. Build a Website around it.
    3. ???
    4. Profit!

It's hard work, I purchased a papertemplate, and the sales letter writing still is killing me.
Plus paper template links are not protected, I end up with getting a refund.
Plus you need to packaging the product, and run advertisements, ads burns money really fast.
    Without hard work is misleading.

    You forgot step 12)

work your ass off. Most people read step one and think "STUFF THAT, YOU MEAN I CANT JUST CLICK A BUTTON AND GET RICH!"

Its sad but true, the harder you work, the more you earn.

Oh, and I have done very well on CLICKBANK, and nothing else works as good as having a list. That site is the best, and works very well if you build little lists os prospects, that are targeted, and you send them to the right offers, Help them first, and the money will come later.

    Hope this helps.

LIST BUILDING <> CLICKBANK, go hand in hand, and one is VIAGRA for the other. If you get what I mean. ** winks **

Vague overviews, such as select a niche, are useless. If you are starting out and trying to find a niche this is not helpful. If you already have a niche it is also not helpful.
