An advertising network costs the user per conversion

Hello warriors,

We all know that,in paid advertising for example PPC we pay for every single click to our ad.

I wonder if there is an ad network that costs per a single conversion the ad made, i mean the ad network takes a percentage of the profit of the campaign.

I hope my english is not too awful lol

Lemme know if this is possible.

Thanks,
Momin

Think about it... Ad Networks have
    1. No control over the effectiveness of your ad from the standpoint of conversion, and
    2. No way to track sales, as they lose any way to track the visitor once he/she has been delivered to the advertiser's (affiliate or seller) site
