Banner ads - showing according to countries

Let us say, I want to put a banner ads in a forum, is it possible that I only want that banner ads to be shown only to visitors coming from a particular country only?

For example, a forum may have visitors coming from country A, country B and country C. I only want the banner ads to be shown to visitors coming from country A only.

Can this be done? What do I need?

    You can use third party ad tools like adroll etc which can do works for you. Adroll has geo targeting option.

    i think you must tell moderator of forum or use tracking softwares

    Well i never really heard of a direct way on banner ads focusing on one country, Best thing is to speak to the forum support team and they would be able to advice you on that. if there is a way then i believe not all of the forum website might allow you to choose that way. If you do find a way then please do share it with us as well.
