Default Auto blogging and Copy Right?

I know I have asked this before in a round about way but I am going to take a direct route, is there any way I can use an Auto Blog Plugin/Software, with out being sued for breach of copy right?

Not really engaged in Blog writing before so hence the question.

Best Regards

Matt

This comes down the whole "fair use" thing. If you link back to them - your 99 percent fine.

You might get some DCMA notices forcing you to remove some posts occasionally - as long as you do your fine.

Depending on how you retrieve the content.

If you are importing thier rss feeds either through a directory or direct from thier site then...you are safe.

On the other hand...if you claim the scrapped content as yours...your are Not Safe.

Use unique article wizard or article marketing automation. They provide unique spun content to be distributed. The writer actually pays for you to use it as it contains a link back to the site.

I have autoblogs that import from rss feeds and give attribution to the originating site. So far, ALL of the owners of the rss feeds I use have NO problem with it. They get backlinks. No one is going to sue you. That costs money. If they issue a DMCA or even a request that you remove it, just remove it and stop using their rss feed, but I've never had anyone request that I remove it and even had one blogger come to comment and say ... I love this blog.

It depends on where you get your content from. To be in compliance you need to check the terms of service for the feeds you're planning to use in an auto-blog.

There is the concept of 'fair use' as well that would cover some usages but this is a gray area.
