can someone recommend me a Self service platform - paid traffic.
mobile & desktop option PPC ads, keyword targeting, low funds deposits. (up tp 200$)

    Google and Bing. You can add Facebook if you consider interests, etc as keyword targeting.

        I wouldn't recommend any of the 2nd and 3rd tier ppc platforms. It's a waste of time and money for 99% of users. If you are using Google, Bing, and Facebook, you already have more traffic available to you than anyone could ever buy, and it is quality traffic. Bot and fraud traffic from the lesser PPC networks isn't going to increase your ROI.

        If you are interested in content advertising, you can add Yahoo Gemini since Bing got rid of their content network.

    I would say go with Facebook it is a good option and can target both mobile and desktop, but this is the thing in order for Facebook advertising to be effect you just need to set up a Facebook page that relates to what you are placing ads for. This is simple it is just like setting up your own personal page and it takes like 3 minutes to setup. The purpose for the page is so your adds will show up in the news feed, when you first advertise an add just go with the news feed. See how that goes then scale up to the mobile and side feed ads. With Facebook they will optimize your ads so now PPC is not really the best choice but you need your audience to be very targeted.
