search products on the clickbank market place, google free keyword tracker and find keywords related to the product, make sure the keywords have a decent amount of searches per day/month, then put your keywords in "" for example "dog training" as this will show how many results there are in google, if a keyword gets less than 50k results in google and has a decent amount of searches per month then you have found a niche that is worth looking into.
