Hi guys, perhaps you know a great site, or have a technique, or use a service, or have a neat script that does this - I'd love to hear about it. How do you keep tabs on the opinion forming blogs, forums, tweets, and other social media sites when it comes to your sector, or more important still - your product or brand? How do you know when people are having those niche changing discussions or brand defining opinioins and reviews are being expressed? How do you keep your ear to the ground? Phil |

From the research we've done, Radian6 - Social Media Monitoring, Measurement and Engagement is head and shoulder above the rest. A very powerful tool
