Take a look at www.replacemyself.com where John Jonas runs a membership site that includes a series of training videos that you can use to train your outsourcers (he designed them for that exact purpose). Highly recommended. |

Just make camtasia videos of you doing the repetitive things Outsourcing isn't as easy/romantic/stress-free as it sounds though. Make sure they speak english well. |

Outsourcing employees is one of the best options to maximize cost and profit. In training them you can just make some guidelines and perhaps simple or comprehensive videos of the tasks that they need to learn. You have even a day or two to assist and discuss it to them online and you're done with it.

I right now have 3 outsource employees (4th on contract). I make videos to train, but did not see more then the once place that does that. If I created a membership site to train outsource employees, do you think that would be of interest to people? |
