Is Selling Tutorial Articles and Videos Worth of Doing it?

Hi, sorry about my english because its not my native lang.

So, i want to create a site like tutsplus in my own language. And I want to sell tutorial videos and text hidden contents by Paypal. Does it worth of doing it? Can I earn any money by doing this?
Because you know the Tutsplus.They are earning well. Why I cant do it like that?

What are your suggestions?
Which areas can I do this by? (like tech, game or health ?)

I will create this in wordpress and their plugins..

Have you heard of Udemy? This is also a tutorial platform and people are making money from their courses so I guess if you can do tutorials in your language you could model some of the more popular courses on Udemy. I am sure there are a number of other sites that have courses in multi lingual.

OP, you won't know until you do it.

But what I can tell you is this: Expecting the product to sell like crazy just because you made it is a bad thought.

People will need to know about your site and what you offer there.

This means you have to have some way of advertising and bringing targeted traffic to your sales page.

If you don't know how to do this, or don't have the budget for doing this, then it is pointless to build the product. It would be a complete gamble if you did.

A mediocre product with great promotion will almost always outperform a great product with mediocre promotion.
