How long did you build your list?

I've been building my list for a little over two years. I have not reached 100,000 subscribers nor am I even close. But, I make a full-time living that allows me to do the things I want, when I want and where I want to do them.

You do not need 100,000 subscribers to rock out on the net. For those that do have 100,000 subscribers, well... we all know they're making a butt load of money :-)

Don't think of internet marketing as a get rich quick scheme, I can tell you honestly now that is what I thought when I first got started and boy how wrong was I.

I thought it was just a matter of pasting my affiliate link everyone one night and within a week I would be raking in the money.

When I saw that no money came in I packed it in and gave up which I think most newbies do because they aim to high in the beginning.

What I would recommend to any newbie is to start small, I am not saying don't dream big but if you start of small and set goals then when you achieve them you will feel better its like just taking little steps.

Try this method that I learned from Russell Brunson and it worked for me when I got back into internet marketing, write out whatever bills or money you have to pay out each month.

Now for example lets say you have a car payment of $200 per month make that your goal to aim for each and every month until you are making that consistently then you move onto the next bill etc.

This is a great method to go by and I would always recommend it as when you get it all completed you will have achieved your goals and not have to pay anything out of your own pocket really just from your marketing.
