Just installed Wordpress

I just installed WordPress on www.RossVaughn.org yesterday, and I must say that I'am quite impressed. Not much on there as of yet, but itll get there...

Anyhoo... I'am not familiar with any CMS and this is my first time using one; I pretty much have the basics down pat though I'am a bit confused with the plugin installation and then embedding it onto the home page.

The one I'am looking for is an 'Image Carousel' that can be scrolled back and forth with arrows on the left and right side of a row of thumbnail images. I would like to use this to display my sites.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Go into your plugins area of WP and search for"Picturesurf Gallery" you could try that one out, I use it on one of my blogs but that one might be just for displaying picture galleries in posts or pages.

OR this is another great one I have in another blog, put this into the search area " Vertical scroll image slideshow gallery"

More like the bottom one, though I am just starting out in marketing and don't have the funds to purchase that.

The WP theme I used seemed to have this already setup on it, but I'am not seeing any theme options for it. The Theme is Chucky

If you're looking to do it on the cheap, this one's pretty nice... and it's free. It even lets you add text to the images, which is kind of cool.

Yes I have that one installed and activated, but how to I embed it?

Its not a scroller like I originally planned, but it will work for now.

I don't personally use it, but if you look at the bottom of the page I linked to you'll find instructions on how to install and use it.

Featured Content Gallery is great, have that on a couple of sites, if you have it installed already, go over to the creators site, there are instructions there on how to use it and I think also a support forum.
